White Artisanal Tequila
White Artisanal Tequila
Our artisanal and sustainably sourced tequila is born some time before distillation, in our agave crops where they spend several years before being mature. A unique condition of agave distillates.
Only the best plants are selected and harvested by hand by the jimadores, a tradition of many generations.
The pineapples are cooked in the traditional masonry oven and then ground, and the honey is slowly and naturally fermented and then distilled twice in copper stills.
Our master tequila maker distills this magnificent additive-free tequila proudly in Los Altos de Jaliscos, the land of tequila in western Mexico.
Each lot is unique and limited production. In this process, nature and the community from which it comes are deeply respected.
Origin: Los Altos de Jalisco, Mexico.
Raw material:
100% Blue Maguey (Blue Agave Tequilana Weber)
8 to 12 years of maturation.
Vol. and % ABV: 700ml 42% ABV.
Tasting notes: Tequila begins with softer herbal and nutty aromas, the more the aromas evolve we begin to notice more fruits, picking up a little towards citrus and herbaceous notes.
When you introduce the tequila into your mouth it immediately produces sweet notes and a body that is very pleasant to the palate and smooth when passed, leaving a great variety of flavors such as cooked agave, copper and apple.
