White Artisan Rum

Like few others, our sustainable artisanal Rum is produced from cane juice and is born in the Sierra Norte of Oaxaca where the best organic and biodynamic cane is found. An exceptional flavor, unique in white rums and part of a new generation of artisanal and unique distillates in Mexico.

Raw material:
Java or Javanese sugar cane (Saccharum
Officinarum) certified organic and biodynamic
up to 24 months of maturation.

Vol. and % ABV: 700ml 42% ABV.

Tasting notes: Subtle aromas of freshly cut cane with banana tones. In the mouth the beginning is delicate and flavors of green leaves, soft lime, honey and sweet cane are appreciated. More citrus tones such as lime and green apple appear on the nose.
