Aged Artisan Rum

Like few others, our sustainable artisanal rum is produced from cane juice and is born in the Sierra Norte of Oaxaca where the best organic and biodynamic cane is found. An exceptional flavor unique to aged rums and part of a new
generation of artisanal and unique distillates in Mexico.

Raw material:
Java or Javanese sugar cane (Saccharum
Officinarum) certified organic and biodynamic
up to 24 months of maturation.

Vol. and % ABV: 700ml 42% ABV.

Tasting notes: Aromas of toasted oak, light and broad body. Beautiful amber color with tones and flavors of ripe cane. Flavors of honey, caramelized pineapple, vanilla and spices.
